The indoor pool was a highlight for the kids, and the staff was generally friendly, although the check-in process was confusing. The room had some cleanliness issues, and the toilet required a plunger. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My stay was delightful, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful Ivy Creek Greenway where I enjoyed scenic views, and the hotel's proximity to the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center made it a breeze to explore local history on foot. the staff were friendly and ensured that my room was comfortable during my time there. the breakfast could have a wider selection, but it was convenient to grab a snack when needed.

Great location with comfortable rooms

I recently enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights and appreciated the great location in Buford with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel room was nice, featuring hardwood floors and a very comfortable bed, which made resting easy. Breakfast wasn’t bad either, offering a decent variety to start the day right. However, I think they could improve the breakfast options a bit more for variety.

Proximity to the Mall of Georgia makes this place great for shopping enthusiasts. The indoor pool area features a decent setup, though it could use some heating for better enjoyment.

The breakfast setup falls flat with limited options—only waffles and a couple of cold cereals don’t cut it for a hotel of this type. Rooms smell slightly musty, and I noticed the carpets were worn and stained. Plus, the noise from neighboring rooms can be a bit distracting, which might bother light sleepers. Lastly, the overall aesthetics feel dated, in dire need of a refresh.

I had a great stay! The room was exceptionally clean, loved the hardwood floors, and the presentation of washcloths in the bathroom was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again.
